Don't nerf Frost Queen's Claim

PLEASE READ FIRST

While i hate the idea of having to buy an item always i think this could be a chance to have a weird balance in mid lane. While AD champions are usually anoying they are going to recive a new item but right now the higest winrate its from champions like Bran (who abuse masteries but that is another thing), my point is that Frost Queen's Claim is really strong in mid lane, it makes you feel like the cost nerfs to most of the items aren't that bad, helps you with mana (which is the main thing people complain when laning against Zed and Yasuo) and actally it can help you to gank bot or survive ganks etc... while i belive it deserve a nerf wait to see how AP mana dependant mid laners survive with it agaisnt the new AD item i feel like this could open the posibilityof keeping the AD champs as a good mid option and rewarding AND problematic champions like Katarina and Akali can be sightly buffed (IF NECESSARY NOT SAYING THEY DESERVE A BUFF RIGHT NOT) to feel more rewarding (like akali E proc his Q again but im not sure).

While this may sound like broken balance i don't belive FQC is that opresive maybe nerf the slow to 3 seconds or depending how much the spooky ghost travel (if to close 1.5 up to 4 or the oposite), and it seams like the AD items will be implemented anyway, note that this could stop some champions like some Anivias that want to get RoA and tear it will be to delayed but what i am trying to say is that i really enjoy this item in mid laners and supports i wouldn't like a nerf but if is necesary maybe keep the nerf that was on the PBE but return to the current state after X level, maybe 11 so still good in supports and could be used in midlane but its really risky.
