A QoL buff for League of Legends itself

Why can't we see our Skin splash in game when we kill (or get killed by) a champ? Its a change that LoL could use and could have been fixed with the new HUD, also the picture of the currently selected champion in game could change to. Sorry for my english tell me where are my mistakes please.

Mainly just because they save that for Ultimate skins.

Because it may be rather confusing. Not all skin splashes resemble the original champ completely.
