And my bigger question is, WHY? Recently i found out they nerfed his W and Q mana cost (which wasn't recent) and now they are planning to move his shield to his e?

Don't like the changes planned for Urgot, it feels really strange to have the shield on E instead of W. I understand the intention behind it, but there must be some other way to bring Urgot in line without making him feel super awkward to play....

Yes, his E is also his shield now, but his W has less than half the cooldown at rank 1 and no cooldown at max rank, his ult is better, his passive is better, and he has more mana.
