I could live with him ulting with a snowball, I could live with him fearing and sucking our engage dry. But the bounces on his crows feel a bit too much, especially for such a claustrophobic environment like the mid only lane in ARAM. Perhaps reduce the bounces on ARAM? For SR I understand why he needs the bounces.

That can be a little difficult to do on ARAM, given your 5 guys in a single lane. I also like the fact you don't really need to always over extend, because you can target the incoming minions, and it will follow down that chain of minions.
I'm pointing this out because Fiddle is Legit my best on ARAM. What I especially like doing is starting with a Frost fang, amp tome and 2 health pots. Fiddles crow bounce is so good at procing the tribute passive, I pretty much can't pass it up. In a game mode where everyone competes for farm, having that gold item is really effective.

Might as well double the cooldown on Nidalee, Varus and Jayce's Q.
Oh and half the size of Veigar's cage since it covers more than half the lane.
