Who's better at keeping idiots alive?

Janna. Soraka requires more of a team to keep you safe which usually doesn't work out too well with idiots.

Janna. Janna can brain-dead save her ally with q and r, and somewhat w. e just feels like a random bonus.

Raka requires a competent team member to turn around and run or know he can win the fight. He needs to know the extent of raka's abilities or he'll throw it. Raka also can't be brain-dead herself. She needs to commincate her build/skill path so he knows the extent of her power at given times.

I would say janna because she has hard cc as well as not being affected by gw.

Janna. Your ADC can try to int as hard as they want, but it won't be possible with Janna on your team.
