List of items that are trash and need buffs.

Ill add the 2 items that are the most trash imo and you guys can add more if you feel like it:

• Frozen heart- self explanatory absolute trash, no one buys it, no one, take 40 armor, take the 400 mana and give it 400 hp to make this turd usable.

give it 20cdr again like it used to and raise ap to 50
