@Meddler (or any Rioter) Changes/Rework for Annie?

For a very long time Annie has been in my opinion one of the strongest and most frustrating mid laners, She has a very strong early game and a very easy time csing, as well as having huge mid to late game instant AOE burst. This makes her not only relevant, but powerful in all stages of the game. She also has very low counter-play with her ult, basically if she lands her stun on you post 6 you are most likely going to die. I was wondering what you have in mind for her if anything and if you are considering a full rework?
