Press the Attack and precision buff tho

But that’s probably nothing compared to Darius’ buffs

Plus, y'know, the option of going Press the Attack and Precision in general because of the stat split and early game buff to its solo damage. Also, Gnar and Ornn are getting nerfed and a bunch of other Top Laners who took Inspiration won't get the free 20% Elixir Duration anymore. And Stopwatch is getting delayed so he has a longer window to secure an early lead.

Some Battle Mages have less Health than before, too, because of the AP Itemization update, so he has a better chance at bursting them, Frozen Mallet was nerfed so some ranged champions will have a harder time kiting him, he might be able to use the Baron and Elder buffs to make up for his fall-off in the late game as a secondary win condition if his first one fails ...

The list goes on and on (but not really). The point is that Patch 8.4 is going to shake things up a lot and giving too many small buffs along too many small nerfs might not be a good idea.
