About the Tristana nerfs on PBE

Last time I checked, tristana is getting a nerf on the pbe which seems to be a pretty hard one. For anyone who didn't read surrender at 20 or any other pbe sites these are the nerfs they are doing: Attack range decreased from 550 to 525 Rapidfire (Q) attack speed decreased from 70/80/90/100/110 to 30/50/70/90/110 duration reduced from 7 to 3/4/5/6/7 The only issue I have with this nerf is that it will nerf her late game as well with the attack range. I think that tristana should be weak into the early-mid which is what the nerfs are targeting, but a compensation change to make her late game range the same would help feel like trist is still this safe hypercarry champion. Her late game identity should still be similar or the same. The reason you pick tristana Imo is for her hypercarry safetyness. She's similar to xayah in being safe but I believe trist is safer and she's also good vs objectives.

She will still have the highest attack range in the game later in the game. So why does she even need something to compensate her early game nerf?

According to a video I saw (redmercy) the rapidfire (Q) buff/nerf was actually a buff instead of nerf, maybe I saw it wrong or it was listed differently. However, the changes have changed like they have for about 2-3 times in a day. Only the 25 attack range nerf remains on the pbe/surrender at 20 right now from the old nerfs.
