Take off the kiddy gloves already!

Trolls are treated far too lightly. The mechanisms to detect them and deal with them are there, but the penalties aren't harsh enough so they continue to abuse the system. Enough is enough RIOT, do something effective about it. ** Take off the kiddy gloves already**. Instill some actual **FEAR **into the people that are ruining the experience for others. Namely TROLLS, AFKS, TOXICS. Lose 1 customer or lose 10 customers that are eventually going to be fed up with you and go play other games like HOTS? Take your pick.

  1. **Why does everyone on the AFK or Troll's team lose full LP losses when the system can detect AFK's very easily? ** The new system also detects trolling behavior. When it is collaborated by reports and scores, then there should be harsh penalties like a whole tier loss for the troll, IP ban, permaban if it happens twice in a row.

  2. Let us police ourselves. Why not put a team vote system in place? If everyone on your team votes that someone is a troll, AFKer, or Toxic they get harsh penalties. They can do the same for toxic and AFK players. They can all vote that player as toxic or AFKer. The system can then collaborate the accusation and deal with it HARSHLY and EFFECTIVELY.

  3. ** How about a 5 minute surrender option?** If after 5 minutes its obvious you have a troll or AFKer then allow a surrender where the penalties are equivalent to a first dodge.

  4. Use the individual performance rating already in place to award or punish players via LP for their performance. So if you went 1 and 49 its obvious that person was trolling and punish them severely. Even if they weren't a troll should they really be in that tier? No they shouldn't so regardless of whether they are a troll or not drop them a tier.

I've left several times just because of this. Another thing is because trolls seem to enjoy reporting everyone on their team even though you did nothign wrong you get chat restrictions, ranked restrictions, or banned because Rito doesn't actually look at verbal reports they just punish. This is why i also decided to stop spending so much on the game.

Really wish the community would come together and refuse to give Rito any money until they fix the troll problem because as it stands it will continue as long as we let it.

The community would have a better time identifying trolls. Yet Riot won't enable the Tribunal.

Seriously though, Let Us, fix the problem. Bring back the Tribunal.

How does the system tell the difference between a bad game and trolling? Is 0/8 trolling?

Because people won't use it for getting rid of trolls, they will use it for kicking people that don't use meta and FoTM champions, and don't say this doesn't happen, because I have lost count of the number of times people said I would feed on Teemo while smurfing and wished they would kick me, only for me to single handedly carry.

Wouldn't people also do this if the game is going really poorly?

Why would people want to actually try to end the game rather then just continue to farm kills then?

Sorry, someone has to play devil's advocate.

riot doesn't give a shit if people troll games

they only care if they use foul language.

I can only see this backfiring as toxics morph together and steamroll over honest people.

This is heavily abuseable, and really doesn't think over the issue and all possibilities of how something might happen.

The thing is you don't even need the vote system if points 1, 2, 4 are implemented. If it still doesn't work which I highly doubt then introduce a vote system and just see how it works. If its worse then just remove it, simple.
