all the nurf has done is made all talon players build first item all you have done is tied the champ to the item now if your not building first item your trolling. you attempted to nurf hes w so he could not wave clear as fast but he still can all the nurfs did was make you aa the wave a extra time hes still going to have a 100% banrate high elo meaning talon onetricks still cant play there champ but im low elo so this does not effect me in the least since nobody bans him in my elo

The real truth is, they are not as incompetent as they make themselves to be. If they really wanted, they could nerf him appropriately, but that would ago against their favors.

His W damage didn't need nerfing.

His mana costs did. Make assassins like Talon/Ekko have mana expenditure similar to Annie or Malzahar and you'll watch hwo they can't just spam waveclear and roam all day.

I would say the same of Zoe who is way too spammy compared to other mages.

They nerfed his W to stop the snowball from being an auto loss for the other team.

They did the exact same nerf to wukong and zoe.

Just give him a unique mechanic where if hes dashing/jumping in to kill someone (with q) he ends up stopping at any champions in between and they take damage instead or something, atleast that means his damage/gap closer isn't turned into more mobility and it is still reliable in 1v1 situations.

Cause turning it into a skillshot would make him too mobile and less reliable in a bad way.. (People would just dodge with abilities or something and the added mobility would make him more toxic to shutdown if he gets ahead..) Or hed still be reliable but even stronger with more mobility which is worse.....

and nerfing his numbers might be too much apparently because riot wont tweak him constantly like they should.

If they made his q blockable by another champion he would still have his 1v1 potential but he would just need to be more careful in groupfights.
