Junglers can you protect the tower?

So you go on a nice trip to bot lane top lane or mid roaming you get a nice kill alls good but the enemy mid top or bot is pushing a wave into the tower they start attacking it you jungler would rather clear gromp rapters or kurgs then defend it is your cs that important i mean who cares about half the hp of a tower but really even after pinging your still on fucking krugs even csing the small ones... [zombie-brand-facepalm] [zombie-brand-mindblown] [zombie-brand-clap]

just save my sanity and protect the tower your getting cs either way but unlike krugs or whatever your protecting a objective!!!
