J4 or Riven?
i tried both of them, and i like them both.BUT i can only get 1.which one should i get?

Jarvan's a lot more flexible in my books. You can go full AD assassin mode, bulky bruiser, or full tank and still be useful. Plus he isn't an angsty anime girl, so there's that!
J4. Riven is a champion that is not worth to play unless you main her.
In my opinon, Riven. She has higher outplay potential due to her kit. J4 is easy to screw up if you miss his E-Q combo.
I'd vote for Jarvan, unless you don't mind how Riven players seem to either feed or carry.
Jarvan is a lot more versatile and better than riven when behind.Also he doesn't shout after every damn move ffs she is the reason i play with sound off when i face one or having one in my Team.
I really like where j4 is right now. I am lvl 6 with him and the full ad build works well and I use him Jg. Riven I can't stand or like so. She isn't my playing style but I think she is strong if played well. J4 has been getting some attention in a positive way last several patches so he is finally inching a come back. High mana champ though. But rewarding.
