lets make lv 8 mastery a thing

why stop at lv 7 when the ability to have the chance at lv 8 with 4 tokens earned from S+ is very realistic i woulda had lv 8 already and think getting champs to lv 8 wuld really separate the mains from people who played off meta supp to earn lv7 i only know this because my lv 7 had at least one supp game
