is super good into him, she can poke well but also burst hard enough so that his passive doesn't heal him all the way back up. She can negate most of his damage with W. She can also dodge/evade everything he has.

Yes he is, it mostly playing smart and not putting yourself in a position the he can maximize his damage on you.

He extermely telegraph when he gonna engage on you that when you back off espically when he uses his q, it decays quickly so when it drops off that your chance to engage him, after that prepare to side step him as he banking on his w to flip the fight.

I usually just stick close enough and then side step the w since it smaller at the beginning of the cone.

The best picks so far against him for me is : He can harass quite easily with q and q,e just don't all in at third q that where you gonna eat center point w, and watch as he will try to use his e to reposition himself from your sweet spot.

Simply rush seeker and ninja tabi against him early and avoid most early engagements and poke with q when ever the chance. Then just rush liandry and Nashors tooth for maximum dueling potential.

While not great at top since the many nerfs he got he still a decent pick for early game and setting up a lead so you can roam at six. Nice poke with q tap espically with passive up and with your e and Panth's higher ms you can easily dodge Sett's w and engage if your react fast enough. Just note you wanna go bruiser Panth in this match since leathity Panth won't last long in a fight.
