NERF SOME GOD DAMN CHAMPIONS

^ This if 90% is broken then how can the other 10% be considered balanced? but in all seriousness. It's really not the champs that are broken it's more of the itemization(runes and mastery as well) that is broken as when items get changed it makes or breaks many champs. As riot decides to look at the champ for nerf first then they are still broke due to items then they nerf an item and then the champ is trash perfect examples is vlad and luc.
