Unranked people in my Gold ranked games?

So I just got into my promos to Silver 1. Only to find my first promo game have two Bronze 1 and 2 uranked. Pretty sure the unranked went 1/10 and the other unranked went 0/12 and my b1 lee sin was alright. But then next promo game I get another unranked player that goes 0/11/2? My mmr is low for this, is riot trying to make my promos hard or impossible? A couple of bronze players I can deal with, you know typical not much difference between bronze 1 and silver 5, but to put unranked players or are 0W xL in their placements that go 0/11 in my ranked game no ty.
