Survey Format Lacking

Riot, if you make a survey that only panders to what you've been doing you're not going to receive any new feedback.

There was NO option to provide any feedback/further thoughts. Pretty much only a pass/fail on what you've been doing for the past 6 years. Sure, you've been doing great for the past 6 years but things are getting stale for a casual player like myself. I want more maps, more gameplay options like new (permanent) gamemodes, etc. Something to breathe life into this very old (very good) game.

Unless it's just for ranked eSports play nowadays...in that case ignore what I've said and I'll just quietly take my money to the next MOBA.

Do you mean more maps as in HA, SR, TT etc, or more maps as in snowy map?

Make league great again where the games lasted longer and Comebacks weren't just dreams and just one death in lane didn't mean you would lose the game. Losing first 5 mins in lane just means wasting the next 30 mins during which you will slowly but surely lose
