WHO WILL STILL BE META IN THE UPCOMING PATCH
I have read about the upcoming patch and was wondering some players though on who you think will never be played again and who will be a great jungler now, and how the game is going to change in general

I think stab cat is going to make a comeback. And Kha'zix will be very powerful in low elo because people like to get caught out.
There will be Ekkos who try to build tank. We can only hope it will fail and they will slowly die out.
Zed will be high ban whenever you're playing Jhin. Other than that I see him being banned less because of other champions.
Evelynn will make an appearance in the lower elos and become pick ban.
Katarina players will probably feed for a few days before getting the hand of their new dagger system. Then they'll be monsters.
Talon may be considered weak and a bunch of people will try him in the jungle. Personally I think he can run ghost ignite mid with Stormraiders to become the ultimate roamer.
LB is going to be confusing as fuck with her ult. Potentially making people think she's ganking two lanes at once.
Akali is still going to build tank. Wupity fucking du.
Fizz probably won't see more play beyond his mains.
Midlane mages won't outright disappear because of their burst potential. Assassins will now have to find ways to keep avoiding mage burst and whittle them down instead of outbursting them. So the length of a duel will depend on the choices of the assassin.
Lethality is going to kill armor stacking late game, so tanks will fall harder in late.
Marksmen will actually build crit instead of armor pen since lethality doesn't offer an early game powerspike.
Lethality will actually make assassins capable of killing just about anyone late game imo. So they'll become the "anti-carry" class they're meant to be.
Tanks will get a more durable early and mid, but this is up in the air with how the poking masteries work.
People will complain about plants but as long as players end up using them Riot will consider them a reasonable success (kinda like Rift Herald despite how rare it's used).
Just my opinions.
Hard to predict, but I made a prediction a while back that, for the first patch, Rengar and Tanks (outside of Top Lane) will be rampant. Rengar since his new kit can give you some cool numbers to look at and Tanks because everyone wants to see how effective CoC is (new Keystone). Outside of that, Middle will be full of the new Assassins with people trying them, Top Lane will PROBABLY not change too too much, Bottom Lane will likely receive meta changes due to Fervor changes, and Jungle will REALLY BE UP TO SPECULATION, but my guess is that Rengar, Shaco (just to try him), Lee Sin, Olaf, and Nunu will be the most common picks. Nunu especially got positive changes from the new jungle since stealing someone's Krugs reward a ton of experience and gold.
LB will become broken, if you can play her...
Kha zix
Kha'zix in jungle Tank supports Talon and reworked friends Twitch will move to jungle ADC will build crit NOT Ivern
reading everything from notes etc Kha seems to look very good but also with clear weaknesses which is a good thing, less TF potential more pick potential.
i used to love Kha and was the only jungle i played before i picked up ADC and decided i loved it, i now know much more about how to counter and assert map wide pressure so wish i kept juggling which I'm transitioning back too and will be picking up Kha again.

Ivern should be pretty strong next patch with the experience changes in the jungle. He instant clears Krugs which will be the hardest camp to take now, so picking him will probably be good. I would also recommend Sejuani. Sejuani is a great AoE clearer and will be monstrous as a counter to all of the assassins that will be played. Honestly, the best champions to play are going to be tanks or assassins.

Control wards act like pink wards, just hit them 4 times and continue your shrooming.
Invisibility helps him to, but that still won't save you from Displacements.
