Hi there, I used to main Draven, a season or longer ago. So I've got a few tips to help you out with the champion specifically:

  1. Getting used to using Axes efficiently is the first step, you should try to get to the point where you can have 2-3 going at a time (practice tool is good for this) particularly during drawn out fights. If you have 2 axes going you can always hold 2 so it's actually possible to press Q while one of those axes is in the air to get another one going, and as long as you keep one in the air you can keep the 3 of them going without vanishing. The 3rd one will vanish if you catch it while you are holding the other 2 though. It might even be possible to get 4 going but I've never seen it and it's probably extremely difficult to pull off.

  2. Knowing when to catch them and when to use them to bait enemies is really useful too. If you have 2 Axes going and your Q is off cooldown, you can intentionally set up an axe to fall out to the side of a minion wave and walk towards it, then just turn around instead of going to it, your enemy support will blow their CC on that spot if they are looking to catch you, this can be huge against supports like Blitzcrank, Morgana or Nami.

  3. Making effective use of W resets is really handy, every time you catch an axe you reset the CD on your W. This allows you to use the movement speed boost to re-position or juke pretty much any time you need it. Combined with a Phage (or later a Trinity Force this will allow you to kite or chase people very easily). Draven's W having a cooldown reset also makes it really good for activating Trinity Force's spellblade effect whenever you need it.

  4. Draven's Ultimate works well, but if you just let it turn itself around after hitting enemies it will work less efficiently and it will give your opponents plenty of time to juke the second half of it. If you press R a second time while it is traveling outwards, it will continue for a moment and then it will reverse directions. If you do this in the moments before it hits an enemy, you can force it to reverse direction more quickly, even right on top of them, getting the first and second hits of the ability on them in a shorter timespan. This makes it harder for opponents to juke, and it will burst enemies harder as well.
