State of the game

First off rank is in the worst state ever season 8 was bad because of the Marksmen being deleted for a short time after patch 8.11.

Season 9 is bad because rank is full of people freely running it down (Passively to avoid Bans)

I have played 10 games I have won 2 out of those 10 games I passively inted in 1 As in I had 7 deaths and didn't do much but yes I was still trying to win and was actually behaving, even so A bad game with 7 deaths while everyone else is doing good is Inting. I won that game.

the other game I won I was 6/3.

the rest of the game I had maintain low deaths or was about even with kills and death based on the state of the game as in the game i was 8/9 was winnable and going good till kass and ekko started running it down (passively).

Now I was taught if I'm consistent, and do my part I will climb, but after finally reaching diamond 4 That is no longer the case. I can do well have a early lead but if my jungle and top are afked or 0/5 and still making decision you would I.e normally see in Iron-silver and you get multiple games like this. one can only wonder.

Now my luck maybe the result of riot adding a hidden system now because I'm currently on a chat restriction because I type to these repeated players that int, (Note everything I type I wouldn't consider over board I have yet type kys, or anything alone those line, Simply a f bomb here and a b bomb there) that I'm not in game with acct that have to be elo boosted, or people who have a high report of inting so instead of banning these accounts they match them with my typing ass, in order to get me to type more and get that 14 day ban followed by perma ban so i can repeated the process again. 2 account perma ban already both where in plat 2 at the start of this season, and even the chat log arn't that bad.

Rank need a rework and need fixing

Idea to fix rank sytstem, as well as the punishment system.

Step 1 No more banning accounts for simply typing, we have a mute option I use it regularly and typically don't mine a dude raging when someone being a idiot, how ever a raging top lane that is also inting is a different story, because i can't at the press of a button remove is 0/6 score.

But!!!!! I get bad game happen so let not ban people who int. instead after repeated reports the players (both typers and inters) Will be withheld from playing ranks till they finish 10, 15, 25 normal games on summoner rift.( NO CHAT RESTRICTIONS) These player also don't lose honor as everyone here is only Human (except Marc Merrill recent report stat that he is a god s2 he elo boosted as well) instead of being banned or losing honor and the rewards they worked for, they are locked to play set number of normal games to cool down from the stress of solo q. If these players get in trouble during the 10, 15, 25 normal games, they will have additional games stacked on top of what they have till they can q back in to ranks.

But!!!!! This will effect normal games.. Most likely not Normal games win or lose you gain nothing and you lose nothing its a place to cool of, or spam a new champ and int without effecting one's hard earn LP. also account that are trying to lvl 30 will be able to find more games cause trust me i wait in q 5-8 mins on a lvl 8 account before i get into a normal match.

Now banning the only accounts that should ever receive bans are as followed, Scripting accounts, Boosted/boosting accounts.

For me I see the same people in diamond 4, sometimes they int me 2 game in a row then a 3rd game they are on the enemy team and inting there as well. I still don't think they should be banned, just like someone getting mad and saying (fucking leona you missed e7 times on a sona!! wtf are you boosted) simply remove them from ranks play some normal games make a friend and relax.

this would be a great step towards the future. also this would make sure players who have spent several thousands dollars don't get robbed of their money.

For those that read the entire Novel let me know what you think also if you don't like it suggest something new that would make things better, cause right now I feel like all the good players (rage typers that actually try to win the game) have been banned out, and i get the non typing inters in more than 50% of my games these days.) making these much more stressful.
