A better blocking and reporting system is needed.

I am getting tired of getting stuck with 4 vs 5 and 3 vs 5 EVERY GAME I PLAY! A better system is needed to throw out trolls and people who AFK for any reason. I want to climb but it's pretty hard to win you start every game at a serious disadvantage.
