When to take phase rush on nasus , and when to take grasp ?

Give me some matchups , or situations that you think one is better than the other Grasp for dueling , and phase rush for a better gap closer on mobile champions ? also if you do take phase rush (because i never have) what bottom 3 runes do you take?

Grasp is a stronger mastery tree early game and id maybe take phase rush if i think im gonna get kited pretty bad
