Why is that i see almost every ADC get 
every game, meanwhile I see little to no melee champs get it. the only melee champs i see get it in my games are 
I understand that is good, but its like it a new core item for every ad champ.

Weathered1 votesThe top two picked ADC's right now are ghostblade rush/users. I would say that GB needs nerfed, but as a Kha'Zix main it would be a better idea to make it more assassin focused rather than abusing it for DPS.
Right now there is too much base damage and from my understanding full tanks are not in the best place (choosing semi tank bruisers is more effective). Because of that, flat apen is a lot better than things like LW's %apen. DPS champions like adc's who are able to survive without crit can abuse this penetration.
Astôlfo1 votesBecause GB grants base armor pen which is insanely good against the enemy ADC/support early on and helps with snowballing. Also, the passive is incredibly useful.
