@Meddler The Vayne changes

Did you and the entire balance team get wasted during a balancing session? is trynd now a vayne main and is demanding these buffs? Is this a subtle attempt at getting the entire community to hate you?

Vayne

   Tumble (Q):
     Auto applies two stacks of W
     Bonus damage no longer crits.
     Silver Bolts (W):
  Bonus True Damage increased from 6/7.5/9/10.5/12% to 6/8/10/12/14%
  Minimum Damage changed from 40/60/80/100/120 to 50/65/80/95/110
    Final Hour (R):
    New Effect: "While under the effects of Final Hours, Vayne is revitalized when enemy champions she has damaged recently are killed, healing for 20% of their maximum health"

Seriously is it one of those things? all of them? because i am seriously struggling to comprehend why this would be considered a good idea.

Did they just forget to add the changes that removes final hours bonus AD and movespeed? forgot to include the change that removes true damage vs targets within the same hp threshold as vayne?

seriously you need to explain this and ignoring it is not appropriate in this case.
