@Riot @Xelnath, please fix the turret gold.

It's been bugged the whole time and I keep expecting to see a hotfix for it or something in the patch, but it keeps going unaddressed.

Ever since you changed outer turrets to grant gold to champs who were involved in its destruction, that's been bugged. If you don't get the very last hit on the turret, there's a good chance you won't get the bonus 150 gold. I can't tell you how many times I've been playing Trist, rushing down the outer turret, and a minion gets the last hit, it says "A minion has destroyed a turret," shows no assist from me, and I get a flat 100g, instead of the 250g I richly deserve.

This happens in LCS games. The change was implemented because apparently the global gold was potentially a huge influence on game momentum, so if we still believe that, please fix the issue.
