honestly, mf has been an adc powerhouse for the last 7 and a half years, its just getting out of hand. we need to nerf her numbers, they are completely broken.

Now maybe if we had an assassin who could get in, kill her, and get out again safely she would be balanced, but until then, she's gonna keep dominating everyone.
