veigars rework was needed
his e was terribly designed, and he was just terrible to play against.

It is still needed. Veigar in his current state is bad design. Just go check the arguments of Veigar players against current design (aka he's balanced but too team-reliant/error reliant)
I still think our W should drop a little bit faster to make up for the fact we have to lead a stun so much more that people can walk into with merc treads and then walk away before dark matter lands at max rank on stun. Maybe 1.25s->1.1s
Veigar's rework was an excellent thing, and rito did a great job with it. Also buff Sona's damage
I'm glad they nerfed Veigar, now they just need to buff Zed and Talon so they're playable
Zed has been unplayable since release the only way for him to see the light of day is by receiving SERIOUS buffs.

He needed it, I agree, but right now he kind of sucks.
