Miror B1 votesI personally think he's fine and only really "needs" a slight AP buff to his q (so it can be used for something other than farming). He's a high-skillcap character which requires a bit of team support to be effective, much like other potential tear-builders (kassadin/ryze/anivia).
Shadòw1 voteshe gets shit on in some matchups because he literally has no mobility nor any hard cc.
so don't first pick him, but he can be very strong in the right matchups.
