It seems like these changes take her from being an assassin more to a mage. Who she is currently is someone that uses her main three spells in very quick succession to get of a lot of her burst, whereas now it seems she has more waveclear but the window to actually proc that passive is much larger. I get the "outplay potential" that Riot is going for, but this is outright changing the champion atleast based on first impressions.
