Even when i prove with screenshots the posts are being removed. Is there any reason why Riot condones this?

If you want to report someone for what they did in a game, you do so at the post-game screen. Posting names/screenshots here on the Boards will always be removed.

The fact it was you in-game and now feel liike you are above the law (the legal law in the USA which forbids death threats in anyway) and covering it up is even more sickening. What you did was break the law. The link you posted proves that you don't even understand the law. Everything in there is about something thats already in court or being investigated by law enforcement.

You also are doing a Naming and Shaming which is against the rules for this forums board. whether TheCurator said those things or not doesn't matter here in these threads. YOU are breaking the forums Code/ToS yada yada.

If you do feel threatened you are more than welcome to try and report this to the proper authorities, however if you are merely trying to just report this to Riot themselves there are proper venues for that

No one tampered with evidence. The chat logs are still in the possession of Riot, and these logs can be provided to the authorities upon request from law enforcement.
You are advised to contact the authorities if you believe your life is endangered, or if someone threatened you with a death threat.
The Boards isn't a medium in which to contact the authorities, nor would the Boards and information therein be relevant to a criminal case, as, again, the death threat occurred in the game. Should you believe that there is evidence on the Boards that may help you in your case, the evidence is not deleted and can also be requested by law enforcement and/or in a subpoena.

It's best to completely understand how the US Legal Code works before referencing them as threats to Riot; malicious prosecution and slander are another story. I hope everything is cleared up soon.

Not my fault I'm amused by tinfoil hat conspiracy theories. The death threat part isn't what I'm laughing at, and hopefully whoever is pretending to be the Curator and saying those threats gets a righteous ban hammer.

riot has full control over their website and all information they aquire. dont let them fool you. they put in their tos that you cant deal with riot in the court of law. instead they want you to deal with unproffessional arbiters who think they are above the law. they can delete the text and there isnt anything you can do about it. i know it sucks but we really cant do anything and the fact is that riot doesnt care enough about its community to even bother keeping their arbiters under control. a similar situation happened with me and they removed all the information prior to an investigation. its unfair but tbh riot just doesnt care and they rest of the community will think youre a troll. just leave it alone you wont get anywhere.
