The new Banshee's Veil looks so good
It's going to be built on a lot of mages, especially immobile ones. And it hopefully won't have the same issue EoN did, as it won't be up as often.

44-8 seconds based on level? if that goes through they better change edge back because that spellshield is even more bs than edge was.
I always felt like Banshees veil should have been some kind of mage item, its kinda in the name xD, whats the new one do?
