It sucks that people only focus on Riot's negatives and don't give them credit where credit is due.

Remember when there were a ton of spam bots adding people and sending those scam messages? Riot fixed that. The double TP meta? Riot fixed that. New client? Riot is doing that. People are complaining about Mage itemization? Riot is working on that. Riot gave away free skins at Christmas last year, and people only complained they didn't like what they got.

There's probably more I'm forgetting, but it seems that people only focus on the things Riot fucks up (and they do fuck up) instead of the positives they do.

I give them credit by happily playing (and buying skins?)

I give them complaints via comments on the boards.

I think Riot knows we appreciate a lot of what they do - they're a successful business after all! It's just that a discussion forum is the best place for players to discuss problems and what they want improved.
