The End Plan For Ping Spams. Upvote to agree so RIOT may see!

it isn't about distracting as much as an annoyance. I have a 2 week old child that will sleep to the sound of a regular game of league but as soon as someone gets mad I don't gank their lane and they ping spam me waking up my sleeping newborn and I ask them to stop nicely 3 times and they reply with more pings. this is a situation for me almost bi weekly and I wish oh so bad to be able to mute them "oh wait" I thought. "even though he was being an *ss he still had some good advice so I wouldn't want to completely get rid of it."

Or let someone restrict pings within 5 seconds of a selected player so if they out ping themselves 2-10 times (Whatever the ping cutoff number is per x seconds) within those x-5 seconds you wont hear anymore after the first one; until their ping count resets then you would only hear the first one again. (this would be for annoying players that you selected to ping mute only! in case regular teammate who isn't spamming accidently mispings )

now im not a programmer but I imagine it would look something like this before ping block: x after ping block : y ping : p
