Looking for Semi casual new players

i am a lvl 10 in game and would like to find some non toxic people who want to get better at the game but don't mind if a loss comes around. my stats arent the best but i would really like to start building a team comp. i am lvl 10 and would like teamates 5-15 in game no smurfs please if youre just going to be an jerk but any help getting better would be appreciated. i have played moba's before but league is new to me. even if you arent the best if you just want someone cool to play with. the end goal is to have a team that works well together by lvl 30 for ranked games. hey thanks for the responses guys send me a friend request i am at work right now but will be home in about an hour and logging on. youre fine to join at 16 i just dont want people complaining if someone doesnt know something. i want to learn and have people give contructive critisism so we all can get better together:0
