Why are you bring Shen's already minimal damage while he is picked because of his ult.

I mean, if it's too strong it needs to be nerfed. Nerfing everything but his ult might make him like Rek Sai.

Reksai is mostly a W bot now. People pick Shen in competeive play primarily due to his ult and if we just lower something like the shield we can let him keep his damage while not being dominant or too strong in high elo.

the problem. with these kind of things. is that the champion will be viable in pro play. for 1 reason. meanwhile. IT WILL BE awful. and feel like shit to play in lower level of play. gangplank for example. his power comes from his barrells. everything gets nerfed but his barrells damage.

reksai is another example.

Literally none of his abilities except E and P are going to scale wit ph your stats.

They scale with health but their not very crazy scalings or high damage.

Literally everyone can kill an adc without damage items. Eventually. Early game supports can kill adc's there so weak.

Shen out damage champs with no damage items, .That doesn't sound right at all. Also I don't really watch LCS.

They should nerf more than his damage, be grateful that's all that's getting nerfed.
