you have two options here rito. either make the damaging laz0r beam the size of the red warning beam thing. or, make the red warning beam thing the size of the damaging laz0r beam. the hitbox isnt faulty at all, it's the warning shot that throws people off thinking they dodged it when they didnt.

Or at least increase the damned cooldown. The indicator beam sounds reasonable at least. Not like they can really call t unfair with all the other accurately telegraphed skills out there. Morgana ult, jinx w, soraka q, nami q, etc.
