Tahm kench in the pbe got his damage nerfed, most noticeably his q, which has a 6 second cdr rank 5, slow time increased to 3 seconds, but slow is now 50% instead of 70% and now consumes stacks on stun. As well as his shielding, which his e is now on a 6 second cdr at all ranks, and only 50-60% of damage is converted to grey health.

As a minor buff to balance these changes, tahm kench now heals for 100% of all his grey health. Excuse me what the fu
