With all the mana nerfs....
Can we give 
some love?
His blue card just doesn't cut it anymore with his high mana costs on his skills.

His skills aren't expensive, they're low cooldown and therefore expensive to spam.
Personally I'd glady throw out blue card and red to get his stun instantly on demand.
Honestly needs a rework. His ult takes up a big portion of his power budget.
I think he does fine still. Maybe start double dorans (that's what I usually do), if you still have problems, consider getting an early mana regen item. I know he hasn't ever really needed mana regen if you manage your Pick a Card and get your last hitting down (plus if you get blue buff, you're good). But I think he has plenty of mana sustain even with the change to masteries.
