Normals game difficulty varying based on my smurfs

Depending on which smurf I play on, my normals difficulty varies.

Some smurfs I swear the people I play against are worse than bots. Then other smurf even though players are bronze- gold they all do very well with their champion in lane/mechanically. And this is consistent. Makes me wonder does this happen to people in ranked too.

Your normals MMR and ranked MMR are different.
