Junglers in high plat/low diamond

What the bloody hell is going on with the junglers in that elo? I swear to god I see way better junglers when I watch my friend in gold than these idiots. I started recently playing jungler because of all the shit going on top and bruisers (and for same reason I´m making this tread), and I have shit ton to learn, but holy hell are these guys bad, even I can see that. Enemy jungler will make 6 ganks and have the same farm as my jungler who made one gank, when you say why didn´t you counter gank the enemy jungler or invade them when you knew you had free stuff to take, they look at me like I´m speaking some alien language. My favorite quote that they use most of the time - "why are you all pushed, I can´t gank at all", meanwhile my bot lane is being dived under their tower, meanwhile their knowledge of ganking is basically zero and can only gank thru river, and lane gank is foreign word for them. It´s ok I understand you can´t gank me I´m playing too aggressive and find myself in the enemy part of lane quite often but for the love of god gank other lanes or punish the enemy jungler, go for other objectives, do something, don´t powerfarm your jungle as fucking .
