Neeko ult
I´m sick of all these new champs that are holding hands to players, by giving them such huge numbers that even if you miss half the bloody stuff it doesn´t matter since you will one shot anyone anyway (or take 80% of your hp anyway), Aham anyway let me back onto the track.
Neeko ult That ult is not overkited, that ult is CertenlyT level of stupidity. It has nunu damage with no repercussions that is also a amumu stun. And I don´t even want to look at the fact that its AOE, sorry, Huge fucking ass the size of amumu ult AOE, that does 650+130% AP damage, and also shortens her cast time if she´s camouflaged (or however you called that shapeshifting), oh and you think you can just take 50-50 gamble and just guess which one she is and stop the shortening the cast time or prevent her from casting it? Nope she can also be stealth-ed that gives another clone, so you have to guess which one is real yasuo that is charging into your team. The only reason it´s a "channel" ability is to justify its damage, which it isn´t, considering you can stop channeling abilities with cc but that doesn´t work on this one, but ok, you think I just need to kill her before she cast that nuke, well little Timmy you are fucked, because each time she ults she gets at least 500 shield, and with other stuff in her item build that is probably over 2.7 k hp, and you get 1.5 sec of time to kill her or else your whole team is fucked, and I´m not even counting the lulus and jannas that will probably protect her, and will probably increase her HP to probably over 3k. So good luck with that killing part.
Now how to fix it part:
-Lower its aoe range from 600 to 450-500 -Lower her scaling from 130% to 30-40% -Remove the channel part so it becomes instant -Increase the base shield from 50-80-110 to 50-130-180 -Change the effect from stun to root and increase it from 1.25 to 1.5 Result: She will still do lot of damage, it will probably have around 900 base raw damage on full build (which is for instant aoe spell quite a lot), it wil have lot of utility since root is quite powerful, and you can chain in into other stuff, but will give other team chance to react, she will still have tankines to survive, oh and also she can use her stealth to get away instead to engage, so it becomes more versatile (you have flash and hex tech items to set it up). So overall she would still be really powerful but not game breaking powerful as she is atm.
PS: Oh and another thing...
I see the recent trend in rito braindead champ design team (sadly can´t call you anything else but this, considering these recent champ releases) is LETS BREAK ALL THE FUCKING RULES WE MADE BEFORE. What´s that, towers can reavel stealth? Nah that shit is boring here´s akali new w. What´s that, channels are interrupted by cc? That´s shit is boring, here´s neeko ult. Just stop breaking the barrier you put there for a reason, you are only runing the game with these stupid decision you are making, Also "I can´t wait" for Kyle rework, probably will be mixture of zil and trynda ult, that also gives 50 plus ad and ap to the whole team, because giving one effect to ultimate is boring now...
