MR item with grievous wound

So with all this Conqueror fiasco, it made me think about mr items and optimization against mages, after all this time we still haven´t gotten the item that has magic resist and reduces healing, meanwhile we have plenty of ap champions that abuse sustain, 
, 
, 
, 
etc. some thru their kit some thru 
, and ofc Aham Conqueror, yet after all this time we haven´t gotten anything to counter it. And that is somewhat stupid don´t you think, what are we supposed to go 
on tank just to prevent 
from healing? Or pick up 
calling on malph/ornn? Anyway yea I´ll stop with rumbling and give maybe idea or two on what they can put in the game to ease up all this crazy healing fiasco.
New item Let´s cal it Dorans mantle of chaos

As for what it would be built into, why not 
? As for building path how about Dorans Mantle of Chaos and 
. They could remove the hp regen part of , add maybe 50/100 more hp, and slap grievous wound passive on it and vioala, we got a nice anti heal mr item that is more then just situational tank item, and it would fit both bruisers and tanks. Or maybe rework 
into something similar to this, you already got both components for it 
and , so it wouldn´t be that hard. But personally I think changing would be better.
So yea that´s about it from me, you guys give me your thought about it, or maybe some other intresting ideas.
