Ivern - how do I learn this champ?

Ivern is my perfect type of jungler. I'm no jungler main so he makes it seem so easy. This champ has a fantastic design for non-junglers like me!!

Problem is, I don't understand how to play him and get a lead. Let alone, how do you not get camped by a counter jungler. I've watch some videos and done the practice tool, but it seems like I'll get camped and feed. He seems reliant on lvl6 which you can only get a 7:20 - 7:30 min in.

Any suggestions on his unique playstyle that can get him the lead? How's does one main Ivern?

Just play him really.... no other way. Don't be scared of getting crushed. Ward ward ward! You need map awareness so you could counter jungle using your passive a lot and not run into the enemy jungler in their own jungle.

Knowing where the enemy jungler is key to winning in the jungle.

His strong side is counter jungling thanks to his passive.

Run around the enemy jungler's camps and clear them all. Bam! You win.

Solid advice above but i think he works only in some comps. Jg already is second support but this guy also builds support and doesnt have the dmg potential. So by the nature of his design he is good with juggerbaughts darius garen nasus.
