Galio kit simple fix: Righteous Gust - Take Flight

I know Kalista is coming out soon and therefore will make Galio a more appealing pick due to the synergy between Kalista and Galio's ults. Kalista could essentially throw Galio into the enemy team, knocking them up, thereby allowing Galio to ult in the middle of the enemy team while avoiding any crowd control from interrupting his ult, which I'd like to term "The Galisto". However ignoring that upcoming synergy, Galio still has a major problem! He has to basically flash into the enemy team at higher ranked tiers and tends to use his ult ~3 times per game because his flash and ult must be up at the same time.

**My simple fix suggestion: ** Righteous Gust (1st cast): Galio unleashes a gust of magical wind that deals magic damage to all enemies in its path. A directional draft remains for 5 seconds, increasing the movement speed of allies passing through it (same as it is now).

Righteous Gust (2nd cast) -** Take Flight**: can be cast a second time while in the first cast's 5 second directional draft: Galio takes flight in the draft (has to be within the draft) to the end point of the directional draft at double (or at a balanced increased %) the current movement speed buff (Movement Speed: 20 / 28 / 36 / 44 / 52%).

Why make this change from a character design standpoint? First of all Galio has wings and "fly's" across the map for general movement, but does not use his wings for anything other than creating righteous gust. It makes more sense for him to have to create a draft first in order to fly in it because he is made of stone and is so heavy in the first place (he is a gargoyle isn't he!) allowing him to make more use of his wings with his abilities. Second, righteous gust has a cast time that makes him stand still while being cast before he is actually able to move forward in the gust, negating a lot of initial potential movement speed compared to if he could move forward in the gust while being cast. Third, why does he not have a higher movement speed bonus with his wings helping him move within the draft compared to his allies who have no wings. Fourth, due to item changes such as to the magic resist nerf on Athene's Unholy Grail, why should he not get buffed to compensate being Athene's is an essential first item for him due to his high mana costs and need for magic resist to counter mages and synergize with his passive.

Why make this change for gameplay balance? Galio is a fun and rewarding champ and shouldn't be left out as a pick just because the enemy team does not consist of 4 or more champions that do high ability power damage. He should be a rewarding pick even when there are only 2 or 3 Ability Power oriented enemy champions. He is there to soak up damage defensively and to initiate offensively; however, unlike Amumu who has bandage toss, he has no efficient way to move into the enemy team other than burning flash making Flash an absolute must summoner spell. This would give him the very simple engage he needs without any drastic change to the champion or his item choice. All around it is a very simple fix and would help balance why he gets picked for his team composition instead of purely under the circumstance that the enemy team is 80% AP champions for their team comp.

The absolute first change I'd make is allowing him to cast Righteous Gust while moving, and see if he needs any help beyond that. As it stands now, you barely gain enough bonus ms from it to cover more distance than you would have if you had just walked the whole time without casting it. Or else the bonus ms should be stronger for him. Not only that, but the pause just makes it extra telegraphed if he's trying to use it to get in position for an ult.

The next thing I'd consider would be making him immune to CC for the first second of his ult. There are far too many things in the game now that can cancel it almost instantly. The three worst offenders being Blitz E, Udyr bear stance, and Braum's passive stun. But of course there's all sorts of other ranged CC that can stop it from outside his ult radius. Without something like this, I feel like his ult will be just too unreliable to really work well in today's game, since he really is very ult-reliant.

Alternatively, they could give him back some of his damage that they took away, and just let him be a mage.
