For a top tier adc who by statistics is a hyper lane bully and early-mid game,that suppose to be a hyper carry that is also one of your stupid favourites,isn't touched and get random buff for literally NO REASON which apparently were for the sweet money grab from the star guardian 1820 precious RP as your typical bs,and you nerf her E by +20 mana and less magic damage? You know that her problem is her ultimate and passive,and you try to avoid it at all costs.

No. Her ult and her passive are a huge part of her identity, and nerfing a champions identity is fucking stupid.

When you think about it the 20 extra mana is an extra rocket shot so if you just spam rockets all the time, you not really gonna have the mana for an E to save you
