@Meddler - Anti-Burst item suggestion
Hi, I will keep it short and sweet. I feel that league currently has a bit of a design space hole in dealing with burst champions. Rengar has been a very popular and sour issue lately. So I came up with a decent way to add an item that adds cool counter-burst measures while also not being too powerful(I hope).
Locket of the Kind Gods - 2800G :
Giants Belt
1000+ Raptor Cloak
1200 + 600 =
+400 HP
+50 Armor
+150% Base Health Regen
UNIQUE Passive - Point Runner: Builds up to +20% Movement Speed over 2 seconds while near turrets and fallen turrets.
UNIQUE Active - Blood Brothers: Binding an Ally activates Sacrifice(1 Time Use).[Range 1000]
UNIQUE Active - Sacrifice: Gives the binded ally 15% of the Item owner's HP,Armor,MR over 2 seconds while sacrificing 25% of his own HP,Armor and MR.(90 Seconds Cooldown). The MR and Armor debuff lasts 8 seconds while the HP remains. Sacrifice cannot over heal the ally, but put excess HP as a shield for 2 seconds. Also cannot be activated if below 30%.
Why? This item is less for the team's support and more for the tank[top laner or jungler]. Creates a cool interaction between carries and tanks. Can prevent a 1-shot for a pretty significant weakening of the team's tank. A good argument could be that a tank's stats are more important but having used that, he is now much more kill able.
How does it work?

duh, He can see that I binded my ADC with the item, so he can CHOOSE not to go after him, but after another carry. However if he does, I can pop the active to make sure Rengar can't one shot, If I had 3000 HP and 200 Mr and Armor, I gave him 450hp and 30 armor and mr..it might help and it might not, but in doing so, I am left with 2250 hp, 150 armor and mr...significant for a tank.
