I dont mind the W ap ratio nerf, but Lulu was barely balanced as support now she wont be anymore.
Does this mean that's the end of you guys supporting her in a duo lane?

It sucks for sure. Got to Plat+ with Lulu support. What's sad, is that if you look back at rioter comments on support lulu balance, they often say "we are looking to make sure lulu support stays viable" but in almost none of the patches do they compensate support Lulu for mid lulu nerfs. Meh.
How many Lulu supports have you seen? Honestly..I haven't seen a Lulu in god knows how long and even then not like people used her for support when they do play her.

All she got was ult "healing" value nerfed, and AP ratios nerfed for her W.
W is too useful of a spell to be wasted on ally cast most of the time, Lulu support hardly ever builds scaling AP unless she is either an idiot or her team is just that ahead. Ult is used to disrupt and knockup anyways, not just saves.
I don't see the problem.
I sure hope Riot isn't trying to forget about Lulu support. Lulu is my main support champion because I love the amount of utility she provides to a team.
Solo lane Lulu definitely deserves nerfs; however, these nerfs in specific are just gonna hurt her support lane strengths imo. She needs reduced waveclears more than anything really.

Yea they are basically solidifying her as a laner now. Might as well change her archetype to primary mage i guess.
Nerfing the base values keeps Lulu from being oppressive early game but still keeps her relevant if she itemizes from items (in terms of how good she can support someone) and prevents these cases where she gets to go solo lane, shit on it and still be gank-proof because of the built-in utility. This means she can still be viable as a solo lane pick and not strictly downgraded to a support role.
Nerfing ratios means she can't feel good about the item purchases because she doesn't scale well and your damage is only relevant for a certain amount of time until resistances, HP and damage of others outscales you and you start feeling like an R-bot.
