The new Ekko nerfs on the PBE are going to kill him completely no matter the build.

I get that Ekko tank has to be killed, it's an unhealthy style of play and I avoided playing Ekko just because I feel like i'm cheating whenver I pick him right now(I rather ban him). Thing is, it was always his stun that was over the top, and now it is nerfed. So why do you keep nerfing the rest of his kit?? In Particular, the passive change is going to make playing Ekko feel horrible to play, he is already pretty much a goner in the jungle ,But I don't think he will be playable anywhere in that state.
I get the hate for its tank build, but any other Ekko build is much healthier than any other assassin in the game. Stop the madness.
