I hate getting one shot

Played a game of jax jungle yesterday. I made a couple bad plays as their jungle made a couple great plays. After getting behind i felt very useless. Because i did not have the damage to one shot anybody, i was too weak to help. I invested in tons of tank stats. Yet every fight, i died before i could press E. It just feels awful to line up mid against 5 mothafuckas ready to absolutely nuke me. Team fights used to be MY FAVORITE part of this game. Now its just standing around until someone makes the first move, then its keyboard smashing time. Rip the beautiful strategy game i once knew
